POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
- Due to the timing of the Grand Parade, you may load in your materials beginning at 9 AM on the day of the Non-Profit Expo. However, understand that between 10 AM & 12 PM, there may be an extended wait time to unload due to the Grand Parade.
- Each organization is required to bring their own tables and other materials they will need.
- No cooking under the pavilion (you may use a popcorn machine, but no other cooking device; additionally, power is limited so it’s a first come first serve basis.)
- All merchandise, flyers, and handouts are to be confined to your assigned booth area. No soliciting is allowed in the park, streets, or parking lot.
- All merchandise, flyers, and handouts must be specific to your organization. The Water Festival Committee reserves the right to deem articles inappropriate or unsafe. Weapons and/or crude or sexually explicit items are prohibited.
- The loading and unloading of vehicles will be limited to 10 minutes at the drop-off area next to the marina. You must unload your car and then park it at another location. Vehicles left for longer than 30 minutes will be considered parked and will be removed from the area at the owner’s expense.
- Organizations must have their booths attended at all times during the Expo.
- No political agenda or political organization. This includes materials, propaganda, and messages that include campaign material shall not be permitted in the Expo.
