BEAUFORT, SC (WTOC) -
Beaufort mourned one of their own Friday after Keith Cummins lost his battle with cancer. The 55 year old was the 51st Commodore of the Beaufort Water Festival in 2006 and volunteered for the festival for years. Cummins co-hosted the Water Festival Parade presentation with WTOC’s Mike Cihla and his great friend Richard Norris. Past Commodore Erin Dean says Cummins was a great guy, a big family man, and will be deeply missed.
A viewing will take place from 12:20 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday with a funeral to follow at the Sea Island Presbyterian Church.
